TIG ranked among Top 100 Vietnam Businesses For Sustainable Development in 2016

On 8 November 2016, The Vietnam Business Concil For Sustainable Development (VBCSD) by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in cooperation with Minitry of Labour, War invaliads and Social Affair, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, State Securies Commission of Vietnam published to rank and honor Top 100 Vietnam Businesses For Sustaintable Development for the first time at Sheraton hotel in Hanoi.
The event attrached more than 250 delegates from the government, government departments, enterprises, business associations and national as well as international organizations. To be qualified in this chart, enterprises need to meet business indictors of sustainable development according to international standards.
Through evaluation and comprehensive report, VBCSD along with leading experts from VCCI and Vietnam ministries chose to rank 100 enterprises for sustainable development in 2016. TIG is proudly listed among 100 enterprises for sustainable development 2016. This reflexes the right path and long-term strategy that TIG has always strived for in many years. This is also the recognition from the government, Minitries, communities, businesses, organizations and society to TIG’s pioneering activities and contribution to Vietnam enterprise community.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Long – Chairman of the Board, General Director has received certificate of merit Top 100 enteprises for sustainable development. This achievement would inspire 500.000 Vietnam enterprises to develop sustainably and expand its presence to international market. After this 1st ceremony, the event will be held annually to evaluate and rank among Vietnam enterprises to raise awareness of the impotance and benefits of sustainable businesses.
