On April 26, 2012, at the National Convention Center, No. 57, Pham Hung Road, Me Tri, Tu Liem, Hanoi, TIG held Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2012
General Shareholders Meeting approved the contents of reports and proposals of Board of Directors to general shareholders with 100% of all the voting shares at the Meeting.
General Shareholders Meeting elected 01 member of Board of Directors and 01 member of Board of Superivors for the 2011–2016 term.
With the success of Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2012, TIG believed that the company would get over all the market difficulties and challenges in the future; complete all the planned business items which were approved at Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2012.
